Your Guide in Planning Adequate Meals

Your body needs the three basic food groups for growth, strength, and good health.
Energy-giving foods are carbohydrates, fats, and oil.
Carbohydrates come from foods rich in starch and sugar. Fats and oil store energy which your body can use later. They also help you use certain vitamins later.
Meals should provide an adequate amount of food nutrients needed by the body daily.
